Account deletion
You can initiate deletion of your AlgoTradingAI account from inside the mobile app or by contacting support.
Delete from the mobile app
- Open the AlgoTradingAI mobile app and sign in.
- Open the drawer or bottom profile tab, then go to Profile.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Tap Delete account, review the warning, then tap Permanently delete account.
Delete without the app
If you no longer have access to the app, email connect@algotradingai.com from your registered email address with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
- Account profile details, saved preferences, onboarding state, and notification preferences.
- Watchlists, saved symbols, broker-configuration records, and app-specific personalization data.
- Mobile push tokens and app-session records tied to your account.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained where needed for legal, security, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or payment reconciliation obligations. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.
Subscriptions and payments
Deleting your account does not override completed payment records that must be retained for billing or compliance. Review the Refund & Cancellation Policy for payment-specific details.
Continue with your account
Go back to login if you already have access, or create a new account to continue into the product.
