1. Platform scope

AlgoTradingAI is a signal, analytics, and workflow platform for market research. Stage 1 of the platform is signal-only. It does not place live orders by default, and nothing on the platform should be treated as a guarantee of performance or outcome.

2. No financial advice

Information, signals, watchlists, stop-loss structures, calculators, commentary, and analytics are provided for informational and workflow purposes only. They are not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for your trading, investing, broker configuration, and risk management decisions.

3. User responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
• You must comply with applicable laws, exchange rules, broker terms, and regulatory requirements.
• You must independently verify any data before acting on it in live markets.

4. Service availability

We may update, suspend, or modify features, data sources, integrations, rate limits, pricing, and access controls at any time. Market data and third-party integrations may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, software, branding, documentation, and related content are owned by or licensed to Burpeebets Private Limited. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except as permitted in writing.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burpeebets Private Limited will not be liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, indirect damages, data issues, or downtime arising from use of the platform or reliance on its outputs.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, unpaid charges, or breach of these terms.
