Proprietary Algorithms & Models

All trading algorithms, signal-generation logic, machine learning models, forecasting engines, scoring and voting systems, backtesting methodologies, and any related strategies, formulas, and parameters that are created, developed, trained, or used within the product are the exclusive proprietary property of Burpeebets Private Limited and are protected by copyright and applicable trade-secret and intellectual property laws.

No part of these algorithms or models — including their design, structure, logic, outputs, or underlying source code — may be copied, reproduced, reverse-engineered, decompiled, extracted, replicated, or used to derive competing products without the prior written consent of Burpeebets Private Limited. All rights in and to these algorithms and models are expressly reserved.

Trademarks

“AlgoTradingAI”, the AlgoTradingAI logo, and related marks are trademarks of Burpeebets Private Limited. All other product names, logos, and brands referenced within the platform are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Permitted Use

Subject to your acceptance of our Terms of Service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use AlgoTradingAI for your personal, lawful use. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the platform without written consent.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software or its algorithms.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the platform or its content.
• Use any automated means to scrape, extract, or harvest data or content.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
