Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
• Your account will revert to the Free plan after the paid period expires.
• Watchlist symbols exceeding the Free plan limit will become read-only (not deleted).

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment.
• The platform experienced a material outage that prevented you from using paid features during a significant portion of your billing period.
• You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment, incorrect plan).

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at connect@algotradingai.com with your registered email address, subscription details, and reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Requests made after 7 days of the subscription start (except outage-related claims).
• Dissatisfaction with signal accuracy or trading outcomes — AlgoTradingAI is a software tool, not a guaranteed profit system.
• Failure to connect a broker or use platform features due to user-side configuration issues.

Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We use Cashfree for payment processing and can investigate transaction details promptly.
