What is AlgoTradingAI?

AlgoTradingAI is a software platform that generates trading signals, AI-powered recommendations, and price forecasts for Indian stock market instruments (NSE & BSE equities and F&O). It is a research and validation tool — not an automated trading bot.

Does AlgoTradingAI place orders on my behalf?

No. Stage 1 is signal-only. The platform provides signals, forecasts, and recommendations. You decide whether and how to act on them through your own broker.

What markets are supported?

NSE & BSE equities, NSE F&O (stock and index options — calls and puts), and index options (NIFTY 50, BANKNIFTY). MCX and CDS are not currently supported.

What brokers are supported?

Zerodha (via KiteConnect API) is currently the only supported broker. Upstox and Groww integrations are planned.

Do I need a broker account to use AlgoTradingAI?

No. Free users get admin-proxied market data for up to 2 symbols. Connecting your Zerodha account unlocks your full plan symbol allowance and real-time tick data.

Billing

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes 2 symbols, Paper Trading Playground, and basic signal access. No credit card required.

What payment methods are accepted?

We use Cashfree for payments. UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking are supported.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

Are refunds available?

Refunds are evaluated case-by-case. Requests within 7 days of first payment or during material outages may qualify. See our Refund Policy.

Technical

How are signals generated?

Signals are generated by a multi-layer pipeline: technical indicators (SMA, RSI, ATR, etc.) feed into pattern detection strategies, which produce candidate trades. These candidates pass through a proprietary ML quality filter. Only high-confidence candidates are surfaced. See Indicators & Models.

What is the AI Advisor?

The AI Advisor is an AI-powered pipeline that combines 11 analysis modules, news retrieval (Google News RSS), NLP sentiment analysis, and a proprietary AI decision engine to produce structured trade recommendations with a full audit trail.

What is the Price Forecast?

The Price Forecast uses a proprietary multi-model forecast engine to forecast price direction across 8 horizons from 2 hours to 1 month, with confidence bands.

How is my broker data secured?

Broker API credentials are encrypted at rest. OAuth tokens are user-revocable. We never store plaintext credentials. The admin broker proxy uses strict operation whitelisting. See our Security page.

What happens if Zerodha API goes down?

The system falls back to Redis-cached candle data (7-day TTL). Features like forecasting and advisory continue to function with cached data. Real-time ticks will be unavailable until the connection is restored.

Is AlgoTradingAI a SEBI-registered advisor?

No. Burpeebets Private Limited is a technology company, not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, research analyst, or portfolio manager. The platform is classified as a software tool.
